Golf day, dinner & prize presentation

This year the event is bigger and better! Entrants have the option of a 18-hole or 9-hole round of golf and there will also be a dinner and prize presentation in the evening.

It will take place at:
Addington Court Golf Centre (Falconwood course)
Featherbed Lane
Addington
Surrey
CR0 9AA

Each golfer will be collecting sponsorship as will each of their caddies.

Spectators are very welcome so please come and support our volunteers

Cost of entry

• 18 holes and dinner £30 (excludes drinks)
• 9 holes and dinner £23 (excludes drinks)
• Caddies - dinner £15 (excludes drinks)
• Dinner only - £20 (excludes drinks)
• Dinner only - (Under 15) £12 (excludes drinks)
• All drinks are to be purchased from the bar
• All entry fees to be paid by 16 February

Rules of entry

• You will raise a minimum of £100 either through sponsorship or a donation
• Every player will have a caddy (We would like you bring to bring one, if you can't we will endeavour to provide one for you)
• All caddies will be part of 'Sponsor a Caddy' and they too will raise a minimum of £100 either through sponsorship or a donation. Please remember this If you are bringing your own caddy

Extra information

Please can you let us know as soon as possible if you will be able to take part, and whether it will be as a player (handicap, please), caddy or a dinner guest (bring the family for a family day out).

If you are a player and you have a caddy, please let us have their name.

To help make fundraising even easier, each golfer and caddy will each have their own personal donation website set up, allowing you to accept donations via the internet, from anywhere in the world.

If you have any friends who would also like to raise money for ADRA by taking part in the tournament (player or caddy), please let us know immediately. We would love to have them; the more the merrier.

Once your response have been received you will be sent:

• two sponsorship forms; one for you (the player) and one for a caddy, please enter your name, address and telephone number before seeking sponsorship.
• Some quick facts about ADRA in case anyone will like to know more about the charity.
