Dr Chidi Ngwaba our well known Lifestyle Doctor will share expert answers, bust medical myths and promote healing by lifestyle, based on your questions.

You’re invited to send in your health questions in advance. There’ll also be the opportunity to send in your questions live on the day, but precedence will be given to questions received in advance. We will be covering the following topics:
