This year, we’re doing Camp Meeting in a new way!

While it’s regrettable that we won’t be able to meet in person, the good news is that the SEC Camp Meeting will be broadcast online each day. This year’s programme will consist of an early morning prayer session and a commitment service in the evening, presented by a diverse line up of special guest speakers throughout the week, preaching the Word under the theme, In Times Like These…

What to expect

• Each day will begin at 7am, with a Prayer Ministries Coordinator. Dedicated local pastors and lay preachers will lead us in a powerful devotional and a time of prayer.
• We will spend an hour together at 1pm, learning how to become disciples and disciple-makers. The training will be led by our Ministerial Secretary and other specialists in the area of discipleship.
• Each evening at 7pm our Health Ministries Director, Dr Chidi Ngwaba, will share a presentation and also answer some of your questions.
• After participating in some singing, our commitment speakers will share the Word of God under the theme, In Times Like These…
• Young adults will then hold a discussion on The Future of Youth Work in the SEC Post COVID-19. Once again, local Pastors as well as international youth speakers will feature.

The SEC have sought to ensure that you do not need to spend several hours in front of a screen each day in order to participate. While this is not our traditional Camp Meeting where all age groups are able to be catered for, it is hoped that this year’s programme will be a blessing to you.
