MAKING THE CHURCH RELEVANT IN A FRACTURED SOCIETY
We continue our religious liberties series, ‘Connecting the Dots’, and this time we will be discussing the relevance of the church in its current form in Western society. With ongoing knife crime, a cost of living crisis, increasing job losses, and a mental health crisis, statistics show that many people don’t see the relevance of the church.
We will be looking at how we can better know our faith, defend our faith and grow our faith by answering questions such as:
- How can we make a lasting, effective impact on our community, made more urgent in the face of the senseless violence we’re seeing and other challenges in our society?
- How can we increase our relevance to non-church goers?
- What are alternatives to the traditional evangelical campaign?
Don’t miss your opportunity to help us shape how we conduct outreach and engage with our communities.
