All are welcome to our Annual Health Expo where this year we have something for all the family.

Along with the usual simple health screening, the children will have their own engaging and interactive sessions where they will learn about keeping their bodies healthy.

There will be healthy plant based tasters and tips about how we can swap some of our daily food choices with healthier options.

As usual our mini pamper treats will be available for a limited number of guests.
