Dear Croydon member,

The church is responsible in appointing the Organising Committee who will choose the Nominating committee. We are asking for your participation in this process to select individuals that will sit on the Organising Committee. We are also asking for your continued prayers over the next weeks.

The effort of one individual or a small group to dictate to the entire membership is disapproved. Every effort should be made to ensure fair representation in the composition of the Organising Committee. Everything of a political nature should be avoided. The pastors shall serve as chairperson of this Organising Committee. The size of the organising committee will be between 19-21 members.
