The South England Conference Health Ministries team are excited to launch a 6-month campaign from October 2025 to March 2026 to raise awareness about blood pressure among our church members and friends who attend our churches.

We hope to have all members check their blood pressure at three intervals throughout the campaign either at church, at home or at their local pharmacy/GP.

Take charge of your health. You can expect:

• Regular blood checks
• Weekly group support
• Healthy cooking classes
• Monthly seminars
• Physical activity guide
• Pre and post health checks

In 2026, join a monthly online webinar at 7pm, to learn how to improve your blood pressure:

• January 20th: Stress and mental wellbeing
• February 24th: Sleep your way to better health
• April 27th: Overview of P.R.O.G.R.A.M

Anonymised data will be collected to measure improvements throughout the campaign.
